It’s easy when adding up all the costs of a wedding to start to want to cut the non-essentials. It is my view though that you never skimp on your memories and hire a wedding photographer to capture your wedding day.
Now it’s up to you whether you purchase a top of the line wedding pack or just have your neighbour with a hobby and expensive camera to do it but here are 5 reasons why you need to ditch the idea of throwaways and get your photos the right way.
Photography is more than just about the type or quality of the camera. We can all see from the amount of photos we delete off our phones.
It’s just like an artist and his brush or a builder with bricks and mortar. Just because you have the tools it doesn’t mean you can achieve the same result.
Professionals know what shots to take they know where the best places will be and also how to organise the unruly crowd out from the free bar on the lawn to smile for a photo.
You can leave them to themselves and not have to worry about them missing anything on the day.
This point bears repeating. Repeat it like a mantra. Sleep listening to this over and over.
“Keep the bride calm”
When you hire a professional your partner can relax knowing that she will have a professional capturing those perfect moments. You do not want to be worrying if your uncle who offered to take photos has left the bar at all in the last 2 hours.
You only get one wedding day. It’s a time to make the most of and make sure you can look back in years to come with children and reminisce about the great day you shared together. A professional gives you peace of mind knowing that you won’t regret not cutting corners later and thus giving this advice yourself.
